Just letting
you know that I received the insoles yesterday. I actually had a cortisone
injection in one heel last Thursday (ouch!). The pain improved greatly
overnight and there I was thinking to myself that I wouldn't get to find
out if your insoles worked or not because I wouldn't really know which
was doing the job - the insoles or the injection.
Well, I had
no need to worry because after only 2 days of great relief the pain was
back. Maybe not quite as strong but definitely back... I really was in
agony. I am known to have a very high pain threshold. It was making me
very depressed because I have so many plans with my brain but couldn't
carry many things out. Well the inserts arrived yesterday so from yesterday
PM to the end of today I can't believe the difference - it's unbelievable...."

I would bring you up to date on my experience with your insoles. As you
may recall I suffered serious injuries and surgery to both of my heels
and as a result I have extreme difficulty in walking. Having tried your

...The runners
didn't seem to give much relief and she would live on pain killers. So

I have been

As an electricity
meter reader walking up to 10km a day at times, I find they give more support
and good shock absorption than any other insole I have tried.

the demands of my sport 'triathlon' I have to look after my feet. I have
