How to use the Symbols

The symbols can be used in a number of ways, including whatever way feels right to you. Don't feel the need to follow this list exclusively - if there is a way your intuition is urging you to use the symbols, then by all means, use it. Also feel free to adjust any of the suggestions below to suit your needs.

It is a good idea to 'charge' the symbols before using them. This can be done when they are drawn on
paper by holding them in your hand and imagining the symbol filling with white or blue light. It can
also be as simple as holding the intent that the symbols be effective and filled with love and light -
you can do this by simply stating it aloud or in your mind strongly, like an affirmation. Alternatively,
you can leave the symbols out in the moonlight overnight. It doesn't matter what phase the moon is in,
just be sure to hold intent that the symbols be charged with love and light. The same goes for sunshine,
another effective charger.

Use the symbols with any energy healing technique, for example Reiki, Hands-on Healing, etc.
